How to send a notice

Send your notice by email to tvstreamingservic@gmail.com with the subject line “Copyright notice”. So that we can review it quickly, please include:

  • The exact location of the material you are reporting, such as the page address (URL) on this website, with enough detail for us to find it.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We reply to copyright notices within 48 hours of receiving them. We review each complete notice and take the action we consider appropriate, which may include removing or disabling access to the material identified. If your notice is missing information from the list above, we may ask you for it before we can act.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed because of a mistake or a misidentification, you may write to the same email address. Please include your name and contact details, a description of the material and where it appeared before it was removed, and a statement explaining why you believe the removal was a mistake.

Misuse of this procedure

Please make sure your notice is accurate. Knowingly sending a false or misleading notice may have legal consequences for the sender.
